Shipping Information:
In-stock items will usually ship within 2 business days of the order depending on availability and credit verification. Backordered items will usually ship in 1-3 weeks from the date of the order. We will notify you via email you provide at a checkout in case of a longer shipping period.
Please allow additional 1-5 business days for transit. If you would like to ship the item internationally please contact us at info@rockstarpuppy.com.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return an item within 16 days of the receipt. Returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all the tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the returned item was shipped free, it is subject to 20% restocking fee.
